Overflowing with rich cultural traditions, history and stunning architecture Morocco’s imperial cities provide the framework for our journey. Our journey commences in Tangier where we'll have personal introductions to local personalities who will open their doors to show us their private gardens and houses as well as explore the souqs and life of this city that inspired artists such as Matisse and Hilda Rix Nicholas. We will be staying in the same wonderful Grand Hotel Ville de France where they stayed over 100 years ago. We'll continue in their footsteps to the white city of Tetouan and to the edge of the Rif Mountains and the striking blue city of Chefchaouen before heading south to the colourful markets and intricate laneways of the medieval medina in Fes.

We have 3 full days in Marrakech to discover the rich tapestry of colour, history, architecture, people, mosaics, fragrances and art. Our final sojourn is to the charming and relaxing seaside town of Essaouira showcasing the mix of Portuguese, Andalucian and Berber influence where we have time to soak up the atmosphere of this coastal oasis.

Our accommodation is absolutely stunning staying in wonderful Riads, Palais and at a Mountain Resort in the Middle Atlas - all outstanding in location and character.
